99 times out of 100, your order will arrive within a few days of dispatch from our warehouse. Some orders even arrive overnight, while others may take a day or two longer. Occasionally, deliveries take longer than expected—we know how frustrating this can be, but please be patient and continue to track your package online.
📦 What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed:
- If your order hasn’t arrived after a week, contact the courier directly with your tracking information and ask them to conduct a search.
- In most cases, the package is simply delayed and will still be delivered.
🚨 What Happens If Your Package Is Lost?
- If the courier officially marks your package as lost, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product—whichever you prefer.
- Please note that we cannot take action until the courier confirms the package is lost.
