What if I receive the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hi@theinside.co.nz with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A photo of the incorrect item
✅ A description of the issue
We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
